In a time slot of 30-60 minutes, with so many competitors, it's hard to see how "Heroes" could fit in. Not to mention the fundamental impossibility of such a reduction in game length.
Realistic criteria for esports applicability to "Heroes" are approximately as follows:
1) The ability to play 2 matches per tournament day on a scheduled basis.
2) Low influence of randomness on the outcome of a match (5-10%).
3) A large number of active players (1000+).
4) Replays, OBS mode, an interface for automatic opponent search, automatic registration of game results, etc.
Once this state is achieved, it will be possible to talk about esports, about participating in esports festivals, and so on.
