Neutral units are controlled by another player, not by the AI.

Hey, I'm wondering if there's a mod that allows players in a multiplayer or hotseat game to control neutral creature armies instead of the AI. For example, I attack neutral creatures near a lumber mill, and my friend controls those neutral units instead of the computer. Playing against each other like that would be much more fun and challenging.
