Post-tournament analysis and discussion of the CIS Tournament Regulations.

I think this thread was created to analyze what happened, discuss the participants' impressions, and express subjective opinions so that the organizers of the next CIS event can take into account all the pros and cons – and not just compete over who has more and throw mud at each other. The organizers of CIS 2016 did their best! Huge thanks to them for everything! Those who think otherwise can go to the "by the way..." area! My subjective opinion: * Organizers and judges should not participate in the Heroes tournament! * There should be two halls! * All other minor issues can be resolved on the spot without any major problems (of course, except for global issues that the organizers agree on and decide in advance).
