Did someone force you to choose? You could have declined this right, not to someone's disadvantage, but simply declined it altogether. But you chose, and you chose yourself. Since you're so smart and understand everything better than everyone else, submit an application to host the next CIS tournament and, using your own money, make it free and worthy for others. Organizers, please tell this young man what your final financial losses were from hosting this unworthy CIS tournament, so he can factor in three times more in his budget for a worthy one.

A quality CIS tournament in Heroes implies quality service for the tournament itself - that is, adherence to the Regulations and deadlines. Tournament service, especially quality service, is work. Do you work for free?
