Why Sochi? - There are few tourists in Sochi during the May holidays (almost none), because the tourist season starts on May 20th, and most people prefer cultural events during the May holidays. 2. Egypt will most likely be open in 2017. 3. Sochi has a very large number of hotels; in addition, you can rent cottages (several in a row). (I visit Sochi quite often; my friends live there, and I've done this myself, so I'm not just saying it). 4. The tournament could be held in Abkhazia (divide Sochi prices by 4, and you get Abkhazia prices). 5. Regarding internet in Sochi, the issue is easily resolved. This region has the best Yota coverage in Russia, with speeds of 30-40 Mbps for downloads and 15 Mbps for uploads, and that's with just one modem. No one would stop us from getting 5 modems for testing (and giving 2 of them only to streamers), leaving a deposit (http://www.yota.ru/corporate/documents/#internet/1/3/0). 6. Flights and trains to Sochi from most cities in Russia are not that expensive due to the large number of flights and trains. 7. Also, and this is important, everyone who wants to participate from Crimea will be able to come (a 10-hour bus ride for a very small amount of money). 8.
