The only serious inconsistency is how Alamar from Enroth remained young for so long (over forty years).

In Heroes 4, the description of Gem says that she drank water from a magic spring and did not age for about 80 years, but after the Reckoning, she lost her immortality.

by the way, it seems to me that the writers of the 4th part were afraid of the responsibility regarding the Reckoning

and they left both Tarnum (who also lost his immortality), Sandro, and the Descendants of Griffonheart,
but didn't think through any further plot lines (leaving them for the next Heroes games).
It would have been better if instead of War Winds and Coming Storm
they had made a proper story about the old characters.

I think Roland, Catherine, and Nikolai all stayed alive (maybe they opened a portal to another world on Jadame (Archibald is capable of that, by the way))
