"only XL-3"

Seeing 4 Necromancers in the tavern, I decided to send Shakti scouting and started leveling Clavius (the other Necromancers: Isra, Vidomina, and Nagash). There is an external dwelling of cats. On week 1 I only took 1 town, because the roads were quite long, but from there I see a Dragon Utopia in the treasure zone. There are also 2 Griffin Conservatories. At the start of week 2 I take these conservatories (1+2), Hive 8, and go to take the Dragon Utopia. Unfortunately, before the Dragon Utopia, Logistics levels up instead of Earth Magic, so I go into it (on day 125) without mass magic, with 3 Angels, 300 Skeletons, 13 Cats, 90 Greater Troglodytes, and 30 Pikemen. I lost 2 Angels, 2 Cats, Troglodytes, and Pikemen, but the rewards were very poor: Winged Sandals, Cuirass +10, and 2 artifacts for resources. Disappointed, I went to look for something in other directions, since the scout in the treasure zone didn't reveal anything particularly noteworthy. At the end of week 2 I found a maxi-conservatory. At the start of week 3 I took out the blue Necromancer (with a power-up, Capitol, and 1-6 in the castle). I'm preparing to go into the treasure zone, but then an opponent appears on another front and comes 1 tile short of my Isra on an Angel. I managed to make a chain and move the entire army there, take a town with Isra, split my forces with Clavius, and attack.

Chern 19-8-6-6 - ~620 Skeletons, 11 Liches, 5 Angels, 49 Dwarves, a few Pegasi, no mass magic, has Advanced Air Magic.
The opponent bought himself off with a not-so-good trade (I killed 400 Skeletons and 2 Angels, lost 1 Angel and ~120 Skeletons (the same number returned from Necromancy).
After that I go back to the treasure zone, there are several Hives and a 3-stack Dragon Utopia with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Set, Captain's Hat, and Helm +10. I just built the Mage Guild, control was not given right away. I start slowly rebuilding it, but the opponent surrenders, even though he already had full control. Thanks for the game.
