CIS 2016

On day 111 I fought off the attack with 96 Pikemen, killing the air elementals, the Fish, and 30 Faerie Dragons with a morale boost. Money was tight and the army was weak; I built dwellings 1-4 in the Citadel with a thousand gold and at the end of the week took an external dwelling of Air Elementals, and with an upgrade I got 12 Storm Elementals. There were 2 nearby Conflux towns, which I fully captured by the end of the second week. There were no Dragon Fly Hives or Conservative, so by day 127 the best unit was the Storm Elemental :smile04:
But by the end of the second week I built the Mage Guild, which had a Captain's set of Water Walk, Counterstrike, and Fish :) Upon scouting, I found a good treasure zone underground and started farming it from day 131. By day 131 I took a level 2 Dragon Utopia with 3 Angels, 8 Titans, 35 Phoenixes, 8 Earth Elementals, and 70 Pokemon. Stats were 13-16 + Stone Skin.
Auto-combat showed a loss, but I won... the Angels and half the Phoenixes survived. They gave me KB :smile20: :smile12: :smile20:
In Conflux, on the 3rd try I got Town Portal, bought Gurnisson and Kyrre with Air Magic, and had a full team!
On my turn, Clava came to one of the villages without control, with lower stats but 36 Monarchs. I decided not to risk the fight, killed all his Peasants around, captured the capital, and on day 141 attacked with overwhelming force.
