It fits very well. The gods of Axia are mages and warriors who rebelled against the Ancients and seized the Network in Axia. HoMM4 and M&M9 were still made with Van Caneghem.

I'm not sure about 4, but M&M9 is just ridiculous, so ridiculous that it makes you want to cry. Caneghem had already left by that time, and it's clear why...

Do you remember the quest about Nikolai Aroyfist in M&M9? Do you think that was Caneghem's idea?:smile40:
