СуперAI и NCF

Basically, I downloaded two mods: NCF and superAI (H5AI-31). They are launched from different executables (I just want to play with new units on a large map), and accordingly, I have a question: is it possible to make them compatible?
I read on English forums that the developer himself doesn't want to do anything about it – he likes everything as it is (but if you rename the NCF executable to the main one, it should work – I couldn't make it work, I might be wrong because my English is very bad). There was also a topic on the same forum, saying that a guy made an executable for both, so that both would launch – of course, the link is no longer working.
I don't know how to create executables myself and have never done it before. I thought maybe I could edit them (I have some basic programming knowledge), but it didn't work – the programs show hexadecimal codes, and that's where I got stuck... If anyone can help, I would be very grateful.
