The pool of templates is harsh... the last time they were chosen by voting at CIS-2010, and it also turned out to be quite bad. We're waiting for the next voting closer to 2020 :D

Of course, it's better to play a heavily dispersive Diamond with relics on the ground, it's a top template. And even better is Anarchy - it's the only worthy template for the final, in my opinion. Or Mininost, where everyone only eats their own treasures with minimal contact, and the average game time on Mininost is the end of the 3rd, beginning of the 4th week, which isn't much different from HL+U.
