CIS 2016 reports and summaries

Since only Noom and KillAndAction showed up to play Heroes 5, they decided to play a best-of-5 match, with random map generation, and 3 days of restarts. The color in the first game was decided by a coin toss, and then they alternated. Kirill won the coin toss and played the first game as blue.
