The opponent is Tower; in their guild I built Town Portal, and immediately contacts with the opponent began. I gradually pushed back cities and took a Dragon Utopia — the minimal version with КЗ. I captured the opponent's native city, and it turned out to be just in time, since Town Portal had been built there and Ivor had КВ, though he only had basic Wisdom.
