Guys, those who have attended similar events before, what about buying meat/alcohol and other things? Usually, someone buys everything in advance for everyone, and then everyone just chips in, right? Or does everyone bring their own? Vitia Vego said that usually everything is bought in advance for everyone, but it's unclear what happens with preferences (for example, maybe someone doesn't eat meat, and they buy 100 kg of it, but nothing is bought for vegetarians)?
I didn't see any discussion about this here. Also, if you buy meat for the barbecue yourself, where will you store it?
