Opp bought a fortress for 1200, I think. In the first week, I was farming skeletons on bad roads and took 2 Roc dwellings. 121 was ready for a maxi con, but it turned out to be a mini one. Very bad roads, and 123 went into the unknown with scout Dessa, stats 5/2, no magic, having 250 skeletons, 1 angel, 20 thunderbirds. I chose the wrong direction and ended up in the opponent's stronghold zone instead of taking the village. The opponent had a worse army; Tazar had mana for 1 mass slow and had 3 power. But his mass slow lasted for 8 fucking turns. I surrendered with 130 skeletons and 3 birds, went into the treasure, and after beating the guard, only 100 skeletons were left with an up-stack of 22 wyverns. In the treasure, there was a block horde of Medusa Queens. So, I chained back to the snow zone where the opponent was already heading, took the village, recruited Clavius, and took some more skeletons, mini con. Clavius was level 12 with mass water, 140 skeletons, an angel, but there was absolutely no way to go after surrendering when the opponent attacked, so I resigned. Retarded roads, and I chose the wrong direction. :( Basically, 1 road ended in an adjacent zone, and the 2nd went into a zone where the opponent already was. Thanks for playing.
