No. You can give him your troops without any problem, but then you won't be able to take anything back—neither yours nor others'... An ally is an evil. :) And in my own humble opinion, there's no help from them at all.
Well, this isn't a portal—we share secrets in a heartbeat :) Is it possible that nobody knows anything there?? I'll take all the ally's troops and leave him with absolutely nothing :) Want me to tell you how to do it?
