These are docs. Moner's movement points are determined by his unit - the fairy. Total - 1760 mp.
Dessa has 1560 mp + 10.5% (base logistics+Level 1 specialization), total - 1723 mp. But this is theory. As for reality - only testing will tell. But I've gone through all the logisticians - no one surpassed Moner...
And now tell me, what should be done in such cases without an excavator? :)

No. You can give your own troops to him without any problem, but then you won't be able to take anything back - neither yours nor others...
An ally is an evil. :) And there is no help from them at all, imho.
