Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

I still think that the rating for blitz games should be counted. Even though it's a blitz tournament, it's still a tournament, and everyone competes in it: beginners – for educational purposes, and professionals – to determine the best.
However, how many rating points to award and how many grail points – that's a separate question.
