Template 2sm2c M-200

I would like to ask someone who knows a lot about this to review the diagram for possible adjustments.

The diagram is incorrect. For Tournaments m-200, versions of the "sc2tv-edition" templates were used. I cannot judge how much the skirmish templates and balance have changed compared to the original, but 2cm2c has suffered the most.
