Regarding clumsy hands that seem to grow from the same place as the feet – sometimes even cheats won't help. I once played a map, I think it was called "World Museum," and I placed incredibly powerful armies on the path. I arrived at the territory of an enemy that could be defeated with a single unit, but I couldn't reach him.
