Wars of the Wizards 2

Hello organizers. I wanted to share my plans for the game with my opponent, or rather, the lack of such plans on their part. They always have some issue, one thing then another, then a third. We communicate via Viber, I ask, "Will you play?", they reply, "Yes," but then it still doesn't work out. Once, we even started, reinstalled, and played for a couple of days (115 turns), and they asked for the save file, saying they needed to be away for an hour. But after an hour, they wrote that they would arrive later, but they never did. I don't want to blame my opponent; things happen in life, but if you can't, write to the organizers when you will be able to. Otherwise, we will simply be removed from the tournament!
