Yes, and also both of these little artifacts "dropped" from monsters, rather than being in chests.

As far as I remember - the Ghost Ring is always in the same chest in the Haunted Mansion (it's not a "hunting lodge" - but a "haunted house"), and the Medusa Mirror drops from the Medusa Queen on the lower level of the Red Dwarf Spears - but these are all minor details )))

Anyway.
Ghost Ring - gives a +50% bonus to Spirit Magic skill
Fairy Ring - +50% bonus to Air Magic
Clanker Amulet - a big bonus to Alchemy...
(as they say) Generally, all these abilities can be found on ordinary magical gear as well...
Forest Heart - needed for the third prof of the Light Ranger.

And the glitches I encountered with resources and ore spontaneously appearing where they shouldn't - are supposedly not related to these artifacts... But one always wants to think that such strange things depend on these artifacts, so I'll keep thinking that)))
