We got wrecked to zero. I surrendered on the surface, which was already great. I had little gold, but there are two Dwarf Cottages. On the second adjacent zone I found an external marketplace, which helped a lot. A bugged passage through a portal to the opponent's adjacent respawn was generated, and I discovered it on 114. The opponent didn't know about it and on 117 ran over to my respawn, where I ambushed him.
