Yes, I understood all the conditions correctly; I just don't understand what there is to discuss if the game initially gives players equal conditions. The axes are either equally sharp or vice versa; further on, everything is in the player's hands, though of course not without a factor of luck. If one player is more skilled than the second, then in most cases he will be able to sharpen the axe during the process exactly how he wants and ultimately chop with it however he likes!
