RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.
Dragon Blood and Star Silver may sound pretentious, but they still have a reasonable form (blood and silver). The same cannot be said about Twilight/Dragon Steel; the names are a definite failure, especially in terms of gameplay – they are very inconvenient to use.

So, you mainly didn't like it because of the two types of steel? Well, you could rename Twilight Steel to something like Obsidian.
This should have been asked before the change. Why change the classic Mercury, Sulfur, Gems, and Crystals to multicolored dragon tales, especially when this change has zero impact on the gameplay?
This is needed to make the requirements for buildings more logical. Sometimes it's unclear why certain resources are needed for a particular building. For example, why are Crystals needed to upgrade a building where Knights are recruited (forgot the name)? But something like Dragon Steel could be used to reinforce the building, etc.
