Snow itself is an obstacle. Making your way through snowdrifts is far from a pleasant experience. If you have your own home or work in a specific place, you also have to clear it. In addition, snowdrifts are often accompanied by low temperatures and ice – more obstacles, and what if you have your own car?
In other words, this line reflects life's difficulties and obstacles on the path to achieving desires (for example, health).
