A program for calculating the strength of the guard on random maps in Heroes of Might and Magic III, called H3CalcGuards.

Perhaps the value and strength of the guard are simply set so low that no monster can stand guard?
Also, the program requires .Net Framework 2.0, although without it, it would hardly run at all.
