We messed up the castles, it was the first time I didn't play on grass, I got confused and tried to move heroes with fakes across the snow, and as a result, I fell behind in tempo and reached the center on turn 134, even though I was comfortably reaching 125 (I've taken the mistakes into account and won't repeat them). It was a baptism by fire; I lost in the final in one turn due to a cloak with +3 speed and a teapot with +6 from the starting spawn :D
