The castles were messed up, it was the first time I played not on grass, I got confused and tried to move heroes with fakes across the snow, and as a result, I fell behind in tempo and reached the center at 134, even though I was comfortably reaching 125 (I've taken note of the mistakes and won't repeat them). It was a baptism by fire; in the final, I was defeated in one turn due to a cloak with +3 speed and a teapot with +6 from the starting spawn :D
