Necropolis or Castle (Which one is stronger?)

To reach the Wyvern Swamp, you just need to build the 2nd level structure, and that's it. There is a question of finding 15 wood, but still, in the first week, you can easily build them while playing on King difficulty (around 200%), so you can easily rush everyone with them, except maybe the Barbarians, who quickly build Rocks. This is all with standard development; I'm not talking about someone getting ahead due to a respawn.
