In my opinion, Master is clearly showing an IB (Inner Belief) regarding Jaconda, based on his subsequent vote for Heroist using that evidence.

He then votes NNW, which is logical for a peaceful player when in doubt.

Conclusion: not Mafia. I don’t rule out Negativity, but I don’t see any connections.
