Balance in Heroes 5.

I voted for the terrible balance! Because: Let's take two factions, Warlocks and Sylvan. The first has a level 2 unit: Gargoyle - which is a flying absurdity. It moves slowly and has weak attack. The only plus is its defense. The second has a level 1 unit: Sprite. After upgrading, it already has good spells. It has fast movement and higher attack. Draw your own conclusions!
