A good surrender involving a Monolith, a Dragon Fly Hive, and a level 4 Griffin Conservatory at the respawn. Money was tight, but I placed birds on the first week. The second week started with getting the cash to buy up the army in the adjacent zone via rough terrain. After that, I moved to the center, where I found the Dragon Fly Hive, the 3rd part of the Armor of the Damned, and suddenly ran into the opponent. I started slashing his Pikemen, but he surrendered.
