Dustik, something needs to be done with the fonts – they are unreadable. And in the first logo, I think the inscription should be removed from the image and placed along the outer circumference of the logo (Heroes III can remain inside, but shifted to a free space on the left). The blue fill also seems questionable to me – have you seen what it would look like if filled with black or gray? Maybe it would be better?

Everything is possible – remove, change the color, change the font, change the background. Different options were suggested. The main problem with the fonts is that Russian fonts are not included in the standard set of Photoshop's Gothic fonts, and ordinary fonts generally look dull and uninteresting. I found and downloaded one, it's the best I could find, but I didn't insist on searching further. There were better options in English, but we decided against using the English version.
Regarding the background, Roma said that this background is already dark, and you are suggesting a completely gray or black background.
