In the Seilor game, everyone in the chat kept buzzing about how weak they were and how overpowered the city was, and how much of a city-obsessed maniac someone was.

Oh yes, there was a city-obsessed maniac... But he didn't kill a single Mafia member. On his first turn, he took out the Seer, and on his second, he tried to take out the second player. Well, well. He didn't even activate antiblock before the last turn, even though it was clear he would be blocked, and he wasted his ultimate ability on a mass kill of Mafia members.
