FireToSky has already paid the entry fee without any preconditions and did so faster than many others, so I don't think I have the right to impose any additional restrictions on him. Therefore, the initial condition remains in effect: the winner receives an accommodation package that cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for a cash prize, meaning that in the event of a win, Ivan will be able to improve his living conditions in the CIS, and any unused funds will be added to the tournament prize pool!
