Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

What if there are 5 winners with the same rating?:eek: Will we reward all 5? We don't need to look far for an example...

What's the problem? You can reward ten people if you want. Just print some "Grails" – and that's it. That's how you make the monetary reward equivalent to the rating. So what if five people have the same rating?
