RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

Maybe the Iron Hawk won’t work, but a smaller and much weaker version of the Rukh could be suitable, like in the sixth game. Or perhaps a Warlock ability with 40 mana and a couple of spells tailored for a bird could work, if not a Thunder Bird.
