Good respawn point, but the pace was slow due to the block and lack of hives. I moved to another zone, got a couple of creatures and a quest, then went to the dungeon. There were several good heroes who cleared everything. There was a powerful Fortress there, both in terms of stats and army, but without control, and since time was running out, I surrendered.
