I played with two Bear units and two Conservatory units, with 3 Angel units, and the Angel Wings were purchased with Pits. I found a Market and was able to upgrade the Bear units to level 115. At level 123, I entered the center with a Ponom buff and a Utopia buff, which gave me the Air book, but the hero didn't have a book equipped. I didn't find anything useful in the center, except for a 6-level Viv and a Library.
