I was talking about a race, not a place of residence. Nothing prevents you from living in Illianar, working at night to support a child, and spending your days playing games and raising them. When I mentioned Ishanadian magic, I meant the possibility of creating new forms of life (or copies of existing ones) through magic. I called it an option for extremists because there is no certainty that such a child will grow up or turn out to be some kind of abomination (if you even manage to create it).
