Ultimately, whether or not to create this hero is not our decision, but I think a unique ranger would look better than a necromancer... he's a necromancer everywhere. I forgot the most important thing: this would be a real reason to create a forest elf, which, in principle, doesn't exist, so I think this would be much more productive.
I agree, it's not up to us to decide whether they will make it or not.
