I knew that most religions were omitted, but I didn't think it would be to this extent.

Well, the Sylvan faction also suffers from this shortcoming. And 3-4 points of specialization are usually enough.

However, the build is still bad and needs to be changed.

Just move one point from Military Training to Nashandra, and replace the Scout with the much more useful "Accurate Strikes." Of course, this is if you don't want to make major changes.
