Revived

I tried playing again, but this time I chose a different development path: I consistently leveled up Darkness, Logistics, Luck, and Sorcery with Nicholas. By the way, a mentor would be very helpful, as it would give the player more flexibility in choosing skills. I entered the treasure chamber, first removing the ring of exile, and the bug didn't manifest. Then, I rushed against the green faction and barely defeated them, obtaining a tear. A little later, I defeated the monks, built a tomb of the forgotten hero, and, of course, a temple of the underworld (now it can't be destroyed!). In general, I've been playing for 6 weeks, gathering strength (including preparing and then transforming the monks into liches) and successfully repelling demon attacks. However, some questions remain. First, I still don't understand what to do with the boots of the abyss, which supposedly allow for quick movement (and they cost 100,000 on the market – which is a great temptation). And second, and most importantly, how do I get to the demon lands? In general, I'm sitting in the castle, just relaxing.
