Definitely take Paralyze on shots, but poison wouldn't hurt either. Especially since other players can also apply it to their weapons. I wouldn't recommend Spiritual Arrow, as you'll need to invest in the Kyudo skill in addition to the archery skill tree. However, it could be helpful against overpowered gods.
