You don't necessarily need to find an image, but it makes it easier for characters to interact if there is one. For example, with my modest literary skills, it is difficult for me to describe a character's appearance as I imagine it, so I always quickly find a picture that best matches the image I have in mind.

The information in the biography is optional; you can write about whatever you want.
The inventory should be reasonable. It's hard to set any standards here.

The character can be of any race and may have lived in any country before. Here, it is implied that he lived in Teios and was at some level in the hierarchy of Elulu-Suen.

Overall, I am satisfied with the situation with religions. Followers of Elulu-Suen generally have an advantage (on average) over other people due to the characteristics of this teaching; the bonus is good, but not overly strong, as was the case with the Ataraxians from my previous setting. A character following the code of Shameimaru is very limited in his actions.
In my opinion, religion should complement the character but not be its basis in terms of mechanics. In general, religions add flavor to the setting, although many of them are very situational.

The only thing I would agree with is that Ormhild may need some kind of bonus similar to the one that followers of Ninsharra have.
