I have one last game left. Is it mandatory to play it, or can I get a technical loss?

Tournaments are not mandatory, so you can always withdraw.
After the tournament, a list of participants who started the tournament and were disqualified/withdrew will be compiled.
I believe that information about systematic withdrawals could be grounds for refusing registration for a tournament, and possibly even for a single withdrawal, for example, for regional tournaments in the OFB.
