Hello everyone, I decided to discuss the need to organize a side event for Heroes of Might and Magic and, most importantly, the number of people who want to participate. In my opinion, the minimum required number is 12 people, so that with a contribution of 1500 rubles, we can raise the necessary 18,000 rubles. Accommodation: 7 days in a standard double room for 8,850 rubles, with the possibility of choosing a roommate (or a female roommate). Meals: 7 days, breakfast and lunch included, for 4,550 rubles. Payment for the conference hall for all days: 1,500 rubles. Participation in the main event of CIS-2016: 3,000 rubles. Total cost of the package: 18,000 rubles. According to the regulations, I see 2 groups of 6 people each, with a round-robin tournament in each group, best-of-3 matches. The top 2 players from each group advance to the semi-finals, which are played in a best-of-5 format, and the final is best-of-7, but everything is open for discussion.
