in Heroes of Might and Magic V, the "magic of darkness and light" isn't a set of elemental schools, but rather a collection of spells from the schools found in Might & Magic VI. Therefore, they can be available to any faction, but due to the association with elemental magic, we don't distribute them to all factions.
