RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

the dragon helmet is indeed quite large; you could reduce its size, but it might not look good...

I think if you remove the lower jaw and green eyes from the helmet, it will look better. Or you could turn it into something else. A shoulder pad, for example.
